Park Vida at Loma Prieta will be both a unique sustainable barefoot community and a solid investment opportunity. The Dominican Republic, with its year round tropical climate, offers a unique setting for our community. The foundation of our community is rooted in a commitment to honor our earth. Our 700 acre footprint gives us the space to build a luxury resort, provide villas and condos for part and full time residents and provide ample space to practice regenerative agriculture while growing most of the organic foods that we will eat. Modern agricultural practices, based on the use of products such as glyphosate are destroying our soils. We will preserve and enrich the soil of Park Vida at Loma Prieta and all our future communities.
Another important principle of our communities is to preserve the private ownership of our lands and homes. While the resort will introduce new visitors to our communities and provide opportunities for short term visits, the villas and condos of the community will offer long private ownership to our investors, friends and families. There is a concerted push in the real estate marketplace for large investment firms to purchase homes and condos to amass wealth for their elite investors. Our intent is to build communities so special that our investors want to live in them. Our investors can begin with a relatively small investment in Park Vida and as that investment grows, purchase their own home in our community.
Instead of earning historically low interest rates on their investments, our investors will enjoy returns based on a two pronged strategy. The sale of “ride in, ride out” villas and condos will generate sufficient revenues to fund the construction of the entire resort. The operational resort will generate revenues to provide appreciation in stock/token value. This appreciation of value for the stock/tokens will be amplified by the long term trend for real estate to appreciate in value.
