Doyle Betsill
CEO Park Vida Group, Inc
Doyle has extensive development and construction experience. He began his career as a project manager for D R Horton Custom Homes and was fortunate to be mentored by the Horton family.
He later moved to Hawaii to enjoy his lifelong passion for ocean sports. He has worked on a wide variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use communities such as Four Seasons Resort at Wailea, Grand Wailea (formerly Grand Hyatt), Kaanapali Alii and Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa, Hope Chapel and Maui Park Plaza.
Doyle also served as the owner’s rep for the 14-story remodel of the Marquis Building in downtown Miami. On completion of construction, he supervised the opening of the Melia ME hotel, now branded under Hilton as the Gabriel Miami.
Doyle has joined Park Vida Group, Inc. to focus on building a unique resort and planned community brand.
Ruairidh Campbell

Ruairidh is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience offering legal advice and business advisory services.
He brings a wealth of expertise in corporate matters with strengths in securities, business transactions, financial reporting, public offerings, private placements, management and corporate strategy.
Ruairidh speaks five languages and holds a license to practice law in the State of California, having attended the University of Utah College of Law with an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
His professional career began in Cairo, Egypt in the offices of Baker & McKenzie before transitioning to corporate counsel for a cosmetics company in London, England, and subsequently to a brokerage firm in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Mr. Campbell is currently the president of Orsa & Company. an Austin Texas based business that offers a range of expert services to public and private companies in the United States and abroad.
Jay Blackmore
Founder & Resident Visionary
Jay is an avid and passionate mountain biker. Through his passion, he has recognized the opportunity of a mountain biking destination resort in the Dominican Republic.
Currently he operates Park Capital Management, a family office in Regina Saskatchewan. Jay has been serving clients since 1994, specializing in investment management. Prior to this, he worked with Pitney Bowes, where he was one of the top salespersons.
He has completed his degree with a specialization in economics from the University of Regina in Saskatchewan.

Pompilio has a Degree in Law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (1986). Specialist in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Protection of Fundamental Rights. Master in Constitutional and Constitutional Procedure. Postgraduate Specialty in Civil Law.
