ParkVida is being developed as a rural, five-star mountain enclave with adventure sports and cultural experiences at its core.
The Dominican Republic, with its year-round tropical climate, offers a unique setting for ParkVida. We are developing a uniquely sustainable, barefoot community in Loma Prieta, Dominican Republic, on over 700 acres at the top of the beautiful Cordillera Central mountain range. Our community is situated on a former coffee plantation that is bordered on one side by the Armando Bermúdez National Park, within an entirely safe and unspoiled environment.
The ParkVida concept is rooted in an inexorable commitment to develop an eco-adventure resort that respects the earth, community, visitors and residents alike. ParkVida will include full-service luxury accommodations, villas, and condos for both visitors, and part- or full-time residents interested in joining us as owners. While we expect that the resort will attract traditional guests – in addition to opportunities for short-term visits – we also intend to offer certain of our villas and condos to investors, friends and families interested in private ownership. Given that ParkVida is traded as an over-the-counter public company, participation in our adventure is also available to eligible interested persons who wish to become stockholders, either by subscribing to private placement offerings, or direct stock purchase from the public marketplace.

We intend to enable all ages to freely enjoy safe and creative activities in touch with nature’s core offerings. For children and adults alike, digging in dirt, climbing trees or, arranging picnics will produce unforgettable adventures that will stain the brains of participants for life. Visitors can enjoy biking, zip lining, adventure rope courses, water slides, hiking, spa treatments, mule riding, and quad biking. We will also offer classes on local culture, language, eco tours, yoga retreats, garden and coffee growing with hands on harvesting experiences in season. All of our activities could be combined with corporate business retreats, and for those extra special occasions we expect to host weddings and celebrate special occasions. Every experience is designed to unplug from stress and recharge guests with the energy that surrounds those who inhabit ParkVida. WHY INVEST?
The real estate ecosystem, which represents the greatest store of wealth on earth, has been largely untouched by the recent paradigm shift represented by the blockchain and decentralized finance. We are exploring the unique opportunity today to use the power of the blockchain to reverse the current trend in real estate to funnel real estate to the few and to offer ownership to the many. Individuals – not just corporations – want land where they can recreate, relax, enjoy, grow and prosper. Properties we long to visit, desire to return to, natural land that we truly value, are never destined to be cleared for immediate profit, as has been the norm for too long in our view. By tokenizing the ownership of unique communities by binding stock and “smart contracts” as evidence of property ownership in resort areas around the world, we will offer a path to restore human dignity and enable harmony with the earth we call home.
